Design has always felt natural to me, what started as a creative hobby eventually became the career I genuinely love. Over time, I realized that the most exciting part of design isn’t just making things look good, but creating products that people actually enjoy using and rely on every day.

What motivates me most is solving real problems through design, creating products that bring clarity to complexity and make people’s work easier, faster, and more enjoyable.

01

How do you approach solving complex product problems?

I usually start by trying to fully understand the problem before designing anything. I like talking to users, reviewing research, and understanding what the business is trying to achieve. Once I have the bigger picture, I explore different directions, test ideas early, and work closely with the team to refine the solution.

02

How do you work with Product Managers and Engineers?

I enjoy working in cross-functional teams and I see collaboration as one of the most important parts of product design. I like involving engineers early in the process to understand technical possibilities and constraints, and I work closely with PMs to make sure we’re solving the right problems. I try to keep communication open and practical so decisions feel shared, not handed over between teams.

03

How do you balance user needs with business goals?

I don’t see user needs and business goals as separate things. Usually, when users can complete tasks more easily and feel confident using the product, the business benefits as well. I try to find solutions that improve the experience while also supporting product goals like adoption, efficiency, or long-term scalability.
